Ken, our founder, is a former insurance professional with more than a decade of experience in the industry. Over the years, we have learned that contractors are skilled at building and repairing things, but they lack effectiveness doing the administrative side of the job, such as writing invoices, making repairing quotes or estimating costs. We also recognize that homeowners do not often know if the estimate they are given covers their entire loss. For example, there could be damage that was not included in the estimate.
